Easy to use and the program leads you through all the questions you need to answer to complete your tax return. You can electronically file both Federal and State taxes a one time so if you are due a refund it can be deposited in your bank quickly.

IRS rejected my return and the software couldn't explain why. It showed possible problems but didn't explain them or how they could be fixed. Had to pay to e-file and then end up having to print and mail my return in anyway. Frustrating.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

It would not let me efile with two warnings that did not apply to my situation. It would be nice to be able to look at and review the return without having to create a pdf. The price is right compared to the competition, but not worth the extra frustration.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Interview needs to make IP Pin more prominent. If you have difficulty getting your Federal return accepted wgen you are e-filing, get yourself an IP Pin -- Identity Protection Pin. This is the IRS' best way toprove who you are.triesing@
