Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Interview process is quite confusing. It should be in same order as that of forms, to make it easy to follow. The product is not for beginners. Otherwise, it is good product.
Pros: Easy to import documents

The business software is very cumbersome. I think you have to be a CPA to understand what it is asking. guidance is very limited for the average person.

couldn't even download without contacting the company and getting a "new, one time use" code, clearing and and all blockers (ads) and after that the program was a pain.
