I bought at last minute. Had used Turbo tax for years but the new online is very expensive and my taxes are quite simple. Only had a bit of an issue which was resolved in without my input at the end.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Last year I did it online, but I could not get into my 2018 tax return. It was h & r block. I like the software better!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Efiling doesn’t work at all. Do not get this expecting it to eFile. IRS rejected my filing due to an error in the program and their solution is simply for me to mail the filing. :(
Cons: Time consuming

Generally speaking this package does what it's supposed to do. The major complaint(s) I have is that for forms with multiple copies (1099's, K-1's, etc), it would be nice to see the name of each copy displayed in the drop down box so you don't have to click on each one to locate the one you need. Each copy has a title line, how hard can it be to show that line in the drop down box??!!!

Cons: Time consuming
