I wish there was a 4.5. The personal tax software is excellent. The Business software is OK but the prompts are not quite as useful and helpful as the personal. All in all, a good product and one I have used for several years.

Very confusing, help is usually a 2 sentence paragraph, took many many hours, seemed not updated for Corona July 15 extension as it made me calculate a late penalty even though I filed in time. Would not give me a Savings credit for IRA even though I triple researched criteria to get it.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My taxes are rejected by the Feds over and over because it says my AGI of 95880 is incorrect and I have verififed that is it correct twice if not three times.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
