I have used the program over the past 15 years and it has never failed me. It is a complex program so it does take time to review results for your returns to be accurate and complete. Let's face it, the tax laws change yearly now. Thanks for keeping up with all of the new rules!

Easily the worst product I've ever used.

The business part won't install and the personal part is glitchy and wrong on substantive issues. But once you use it, you're stuck with it forever. Just awful.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Software itself seems pretty good but support is horrible. Only an AI bot and when I did get someone live they were so scared of answering the tax question I couldn't get them to tell me things about their own program so I could decide where to put the information I already had.

I have used HR block software for many years to do my personal and business taxes. This year I had a really bad experience! I took over a family members taxes and had to do a Trust and another personal return. Ended up, I couldn't file electronically for my taxes, the trust taxes, nor the family members personal return - all due to software limitations, either not being able to handle something with ACA insurance or not having necessary forms in the software. I am already searching for another product for next year that can take care of my entire situation.

I bought the business package on line from you. I could not get the business program to start. There was an error called Raven DB server error. I filed a report 2/19/26 but did not receive a reply until about 3/15/26 when you offered a refund for the program because you could not make the program work with Window 10. This was a very disappointing turn of events. I have used H&R Block for many, many years and I depended on you to help me with my taxes. You let me down big time this year.
