The personal tax section is ok but the LLC business section is awful. This is the second year in a row that I couldn't e-file because it wouldn't send sch O which I didn't even need to file. I ended up filing late and go fined last year so looks like the little bit of money I saved cost me big time. When you do print out your return It prints out ALL the forms even the ones you don't need.
Cons: Hard to import documents

It is not clear why there is not an option to upload financial statements or documents!!!! The H&R Block personal has that option and it makes it easier to complete all of the necessary forms! If this software is truly for the average business owner it falls short! You need to be a CPA to know how to use it correctly!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE UNLESS THEIR GOAL IS TO FILE INCORRECTLY!!!!!!!! I should have taken the other reviews more seriously...big mistake!!!!!!

One of the best tax software tools out there. Very user friendly and helps you especially if you own a small business.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Used it for years uploads previous years so after first year inputting info becomes super simple, can down load w2 etc. and doing them yourself You can change numbers to finished taxes to see how a larger or smaller 401 k or ira contribution etc. will effect taxes. As opposed to dropping info off and having no understanding what you should be doing differently.

Excellent as long as you dont need customer support. Back in 2004 they gave me the wrong instructions, had a year long issue with the irs

OK Federal personal product. Good for trusts. Weak on NJ-no interview, no e-file
