Easy to use. I had a LLC, sole prop., and several itemized returns. Best deal is to pay for the State and not do it on state web site. Not worth the frustration.

Program cannot submit Trust returns electronically, you have to print and mail them. LLC Business portion had bugs that could not be overridden, I finally abandoned it and went to TurboTax. It cost more but actually worked, and the menus were much better too.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Have used this software for over 20 years for clients and friends alike. Overall a good program and easy to apply. However, this year a glitch on electronic filing of Arizona state return was not possible as credit card information was not read or validated by the system.
Tech support had me on hold for over 1 hour. Unacceptable and was unable to resolve the matter in a timely fashion.

Could not get the business tax software to run on my new Windows 10 Dell PC. Would error out, and had to close the program every tine I ran it. Customer support was not able to help after 6 calls. Long wait time with each call. I eventually loaded the software on a 9 year old laptop and completed the needed taxes. If I cannot get this to work on my new pc, I will probably switch to Turbo Tax business next year.
