Too complicated menu. Busumess part is not attached to personal tax part. No instructions how to combine business report with personal. Business part have a lot of bugs. I.e. form for LLC do not make you delete EIN during the forms verification.

The software is o.k. Some sections require more expertise and input than the average taxpayer has knowledge of. My main complaint is that the tax files are hidden somewhere on your harddrive. Last years program was compromised when I installed the current year. Last years tax returns were no longer accessible so I had to input everything manually again.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Moving business files from previous year from one computer to another is a nightmare. This should be much simpler like 1040 files. I may have to switch software. Had to reenter 2 LLCs this year because of it. Also the fact I could not open 2019 on my Windows 10 machine because of an update didn't help. And my old machine is an XP and wouldn't open 2020 so entire process was a disaster.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

The program was helpful to navigate the many changes in tax law and stimulus. Unfortunately when ready to eFile, return was rejected. AGI was confirmed with IRS and my PINs have not changed from year to year. Support has not been able to help me resolve this issue.
