Very disappointed, I entered my CFAP payments it asked me if it was taxable income, I had to search the internet to find out. Why do you think I bought a tax program? I had to download and fill out at least 2 forms that were not included. When I printed my state return it told me that I also need to find and print many of my Federal forms. Why didn't it just include them when printing my state return? For a basic 1040 it is fine but NOT for Business return. Back to TurboTax I go.
Cons: Hard to prepare

You don’t need a tax person to do your taxes do it yourself it’s easy and a whole lot cheaper

Not clearly as good as H&R Block’s personal software, interview it help questions create forms you don’t need even when you select no, this create errors and stops you cry creating a digital submission file. Pulse with recent update windows 10 you have copy and clone dataset file and restore any work you completed/submitted.
Perhaps the pandemic in a while as much quality assurance checks as normal, This product has so much potential and hopefully next year will be better

Doesnt allow importing previous year business data

The software does NOT allow you to import your business datafrom year to year. Only your personal tax side can import the previous years data. So the following year you must rebuild your business data from scratch. A real pain. And you cannot access or open the old data or return the next year from your previous software. Calling is useless. Spent 90 minutes on hold then connected and hung up on me.

Cons: Hard to import documents

I've used Block software for 20 years. This year I am sad to say the program is terrible. It won't open on a regular basis. Navigating the business side is a nightmare. I update every time I use it, which is a good feature. Using the phone number for help was 40 minute time drain. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend this year.
