Doing the return for a simple trust is a struggle with this software. Interview format is largely absent; mostly have to open and fill out forms manually. Some of it is quite cryptic and guidance would be helpful. Only thing it has going for it is price.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I continue to have down load issues with the software. Business requires Windows 10 while Personal still works on Windows 7. My tax returns from prior years are all on Windows 7 and I'm having an issue with opening past returns into the current year. Also, I attempted to efile & and the IRS rejected the return. Enough is enough, I mailed the return.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In previous years this software has always been great. However, I could not get the 2020 Business software to install without giving errors and so I had to buy a different product for the business tax returns. The software for personal taxes was great.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Your services were OK. I have one complaint. I downloaded the software. My printer is broken. After I completed my return, I couldn't find an option to save my tax return to my computer. In previous years that was easy to do.
