Very useful, beneficial and cost effective program

I have been doing my own taxes now for 20 years. I have 2 LLC's. The program is very easy to use and prompts you through the process. For the items that I may have some difficulty understanding it also provides you with the explanation to help you figure it out.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

Regarding Schedule C, the interview questions about my business expenses versus home office expenses was very confusing. Separating the two didn’t make sense to me. I don’t recall the Schedule
C prep process being quite so confusing last year. Also the final accuracy check kept telling me I needed to go and check my 1099B entries. I did so about five times, to no avail, still got the message so finally just ignored it. Not a happy camper.

Business resulted in error and was not usable on my windows 10 pro computer after multiple attempts to update. I needed to install it on a windows 10 home computer and the update didnt start working until march. The home edition worked fine
