Making a change to a form to fix an omission was impossible. Ended up deleting it and paying 200 more in taxes just to get it submitted.

It was good comparable to TurboTax and it was cheaper. I did find that it did make more mistakes. There were more errors to correct at the end but it did catch the errors and some of the errors were hard to complete. For example, I had to add in a name and address for position that I have for a company and some other companies, but it wouldn't let you change it in the fields. You'd have to go to a different field and that took you to a different field so it was hard to actually find how to fix the error

Overall impressed. Needs improvement in handling taxes paid to other states. The software kept doubling my state income due to the issuance of two W2's from my employer.

This years software was a challenge that added days to my filing. First, I couldn’t understand why last years taxes wouldn’t import into this years so I called support and ai was less than useless, later I was connected to a person but they couldn’t troubleshoot and recommended manual data entry. I then quit working on it for the day. On the next try I noticed that only the business part of software installed, so I reinstalled and 2025 premium was able to load 2024 data. At the end during a check of potential issues before submitting return, it let me override/delete an item in the home office form, so to correct I needed to delete the whole form and re-do all entries for that for. Two stars might be too generous this year with all the wasted time
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What happened to you?!

This program is NOT up to your usual high quality, it reeks of AI nonsense, it was confusing, jumped around, kept asking me for the same data over & over. I have no idea which program I will use next year.
