I bought the business software and it was horrible. It didn't have what I needed and then found out I needed the "premium" software. There was no way to tell what I needed and spent needless time before being told I had to upgrade. I've used Turbo Tax in the past and will definitely be going back to them.
Cons: Hard to prepare

This program requires some getting use to. It has limitations.
I cannot file State tax returns for some reason that I cannot determine. I am using this software for the last 10 years and it still causes me great frustration.

I like the event of use and the fact it auto updates to stay current. I even took advantage of paying my Federal taxes via the site. Kept me from forgetting to pay on time!

This is the first year that the dowloaded program did NOT include the ability to ask a tax professional even ONE question. No warning, just removed. As someone with 1099's there's often a question. Horrible marketing and customer relations.
