Product is stale and needs an overhaul. The Business software is merely a form-filler and has little guidance if any. The Personal software is an aged interface and guidance is sketchy around certain topics. I am going to try TurboTax next year.
Cons: Hard to prepare

The personal worked great but the business installation corrupted not only this version but made my prior years inaccessible as well as soon as I tried to import my data. Apparently a know issue since I was able to find a solution online. Total time to fix this bug about an hour, which in my mind was an hour too much.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

The software chooses it's own default directory for files. There are two instances where I opened a file after saving it in a specific directory and the numbers were missing. The number that was missing was the calculation of tax due which is the program issue. I was an Enrolled Agent but now retired and have use many tax software products and yours is the least intuitive.
