Very helpful for people who are owners of small businesses (LLCs) who have itemized expenses which exceed standard deductions. Step-by-step program instructions are excellent and live HRB support resolve any questions not otherwise resolved. Have used for the "Red Box" software for more than ten years. Excellent tax software for sole proprietors.

Not USRFriendly..& after purch 3 pnd chrg for efil

This software is not easy to use. It is not easy to correct errors that it finds at the end, it doesn't give you clues to what is wrong or how to fix. Also, I have charges pending on my bank account for the federal for efiling that was supposed to be free and 2 charges for state pending for efiling. I ended up owing state and it wouldn't even take the state out of my check although I efiled, I have to mail a check in. What kind of software is this? So, if all these charges go through on my account, I'll have to call to get a refund. We will go back to turbotax...

Navigation between different forms is not good. Foreign tax paid form is hard to work. The others are pretty good.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
