I use the Deluxe Federal and State version yearly and enter business data and thought this version would be more detailed, but after importing last year's return I experienced problems because old data was still reflecting in the forms despite changes being made and entered, which caused me to go back and continue to delete forms and re-create them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I'm a huge fan of H&R Block software. It is as easy as you can get. The Software walks me through every step asking all the pertinent questions to ensure I receive my maximum return.

I used this product 2 years in a row and will not use again. It is OK for someone with just earnings from employment and standard deduction with no complications. I used the Premier Business version specifically for owner occupied rental property. Trying to interpret the questions was like a trick math question! The "help" feature was not user friendly, was too limited and did not offer thorough explanation or real assistance.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
