Great Softrware

Even with owning a sole proprietorship company, filing the return was quick and accurate.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Easiest and most helpful. Surprisingly simple to use. This was my first time doing my taxes myself and it was painless. I will use this program from now on.

Business application does not install.

My last time to buy your software. 1040 application works fine but Business application with form 1041 does not install. Vaporware I believe it is called. Held on chat-line for over an hour and a half; finally gave up. Apparently your other foolish customers have issues as well.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and covers everything

I have been using H&R Block software for over 20 years and I am very happy that it is easy to use and files my returns free of errors. I would recommend for anybody to use it. The cost is reasonable and it is worth every penny

It worked better this year.

This year I only had to un-install and re-install it once. It has more quirkiness than Turbotax, but is cheaper. They should do more beta testing.
Cons: Time consuming

Have been a long time HR Block user but this year none of the downloads worked (e.g., last year's tax return, W2 nor 1099's). Kinda lost all the value of buying the program.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes work easier

Preloads from prior year returns! Helpful notes in popups. Keeps track of where you are in the process of completion. State and Fed e-file. Easy way to check for forms currency. Can load at home in my secure environment and not work across the internet - this is very important to me. Overall a lot of attention to my experience with the software. I truly appreciate this!
