For me personally it was great. I did a friends who had two residential rentals and I struggled a lot. After hours of trying I finally figured you had to put in 100% of one property before entering the 2nd one. Please change your program to advise of this procedure and also show the property description at the top of the page we are entering the data for. It would help a great deal.

I like this program because its easy to import last years info, and the new info for this year. I I dislike this program because it is almost impossible to correct the items at end of program It won.t let you type in corrections . Its time consuming to go back & redo the form that needs corrections. very time consuming
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Prepares a professional accurate return

I’ve used HR for 10 years with exceptional results and up to date rules and regulations, I presently have a historical record of 8-10 years of HR tax years that can be accessed updated software. The appearance is professional and an exact duplicate of official IRS forms. I love it!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

H&R DOES NOT HANDLE AGI SPOUSE ERRORS CORRECTLY

THE IRS DATABASE HAS ERRORS IN THE 2020 AGI DATA. IF THE ERROR IS IN ONLY ONE OF THE TWO JOINT FILERS AND YOU FILED JOINTLY LAST YEAR, YOU WILL NOT BE TO WORK AROUND THIS ISSUE WITH H&R TAX SOFTWARE. POOR PLANNING BY H&R BLOCK. ONLY CHOICE IS MAIL THE RETURN.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT SEVERAL MONTHS AGO.USUALLY IT IS GREAT,BUT THIS YEAR THEY DIDNT UPDATE ALL FORMS NEEDED TO FILE EX: FORM 8915F.THIS REALLY MESSED UP MY EXPERIENCE AND TOOK ME OVER A MONTH TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PAY MY TAXES.I GOT SOME HELP FROM A LOCAL OFFICE BUT DONT KNOW IF IRS WILL UNDERSTAND THIS.IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE PEOPLE FOR A PRODUCT IT SHOULD BE COMPLETE.I HAVE USED YOUR PRODUCT FOR OVER 10 YEARS IT HAS BEEN GREAT. THIS YEAR IT HAS CAUSED NOTHING BUT HEADACHES AND WASTING DAYS OF MY TIME !

I love how easy the software is to use. All my questions were answered with the built in tutorials. And I e-file using the software which is so convenient.

Missing data, disappearing entries, non-mandatory data at the time of input is later determined to be required at the end, no coherent flow.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
