I've been using H&R Block home software since it first came out and have zero intention of trying another product. It's straight forward with ample resources and help if you need it (though I've never used a live help before). I will continue to use it in future.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

For the second consecutive year, my E-file was rejected due to the prior year AGI mismatch, which is generated by your software. I then had to file on paper. That was 14 weeks ago, and I still have been unable to get the status of my refund from the IRS. Even my Congressman's office is unable to open a case due to IRS excuses about staffing and Covid issues. I will use a different product from now on.

Cons: Time consuming

Personal tax setup works for me. Used for decades. Previous year info transfers to current year seamlessly. Business tax setup seems to work on a different platform. Not as intuitive. But gets the job done.
