The backup and restore process when going from one year to the next is very poor and fraught with significant challenges. Figuring out how to get last year's software up and running again, after a year's worth of Windows Updates that potentially break last year's software, is a very poor design idea. This issue has continued for many years.

The business part of the softest has not worked for the past 2 years. Can’t file 941. Have to go to IRS Site a get the forms to complete.
