Normally handles my moderately complicated taxes very well. Last year a late tax law change was never reflected in the software, but every other year the software was complete.

Software used work great. Last couple of years the Business software would not import prior year return info. Had to manually re enter. Personal worked ok. Otherwise worked ok. Hope flaw is addressed in future.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Preferred cd disk version, too many issues with download. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with a person for software support. I had used HR block software since the 1990's, but I will be switching next year.

I purchased this to prepare my LLC tax return. I upgraded my operating system to windows 11 and the program quit working. Tech support was useless. I had to buy a software from another company. The personal side had errors in the tax stimulus payment.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
