2021 program not up to standards of previous years

Software was disappointing for the 2021 return. I have purchased this program for many years and found that the software wasn't up to previous years standards.
Pros: Maximizes refund

The Premium tax package for individuals is excellent; it makes the very complicated process of completing a tax return easy to navigate.
The Business tax package is workable, but far less intuitive. It could use an update.

The program instructed/allowed me to calculate/ carry-over for charitable donations, when they were already automatically calculated into 2022 return; and then, it did not specify that this was the error ... when my return was rejected by the IRS. Terrible!! .. and led me to do something that is wrong. It also miscalculates est'd capital gains tax for ES-1040s.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
