I would give higher marms, as the software is easy yo use, but it missed a large deduction in state taxes that will cause me to file a amended return. We can write off the portion of our housing tax that is used for education and the software does not ask about it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

My only issue is that importing the previous year's Business return, has required workarounds.

I have used H&R Block software for many years and I have always had good success in getting the biggest refunds. It also checks for errors and helps me correct them before filing to avoid IRS audits. The firm also backs you up in the even of an audit if and when needed.
