Business software too hard to use. can not open old returns from previous years. can not install on some pcs because of some previous year corrupted the install process for newer versions. know help to call... your products suck!

This software not only caused me to mis identify income, resulting in my having to pay instead of getting a refund, it miscalculated the amount I had to pay. As a result, I have to pay an additional $2800.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

My previous years AGI was generated by the program as always but was wrong.
My electronic filing was not accepted twice before i figured what was wrong.
The program charged me with two electronic transfers which was NOT my fault, because such i was unable to complete my sons and my moms returns.
This is not acceptable!
