Coutd provide more links to define some of the line items. Otherwise, finally figured out how to negotiate through the Q&A. This software is more suited for experienced tax preparers and not user friendly like Turbo Tax.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The software performs its job satisfactory, but is very difficult to us. The fonts are way too small even with reading glasses and the overall screen usage generates headaches. Even the tax forms when printed are too light and difficult to read.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I've used H&H Block software for years for my S Corp and personal taxes. It ends this year. Software is full of bugs, creates unnecessary rework and errors. While help folks are nice, they only know how to navigate, not solve issues with the software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have for many years used H& R Block tax software on my desktop computer and have found it easy and accurate Yesterday I logged onto the on-line version. It was clunky and repeatedly allowed an ad to pop-up and each time I cleared the pop-up, the program freaked, sending me back to the beginning of my data entry. I would be happy to discuss this problem with those responsible for programming the web-based software.
