Prepares taxes, instructions lacking or poor, you're on your own with publically traded partnership income or trades.

IRS wants to know why “we” didn’t submit a qualifying child for the Covid $. We did. So either your tax software didn’t send the electronic record in full (?!) or you didn’t figure the age properly. I’m not sure which is the issue. But now I have to fix it.

Personal income tax software is great, but the "business" side (e.g.) is cumbersome with materially less interview support than for the personal income tax side of the software. Yet the software overall gets the job done.

Business version terrible-switching to turbotax

Business version is buggy and hangs up frequently. State version of business is bare bones and doesn't complete all sections of the return. Literally took hours longer than it should have. Personal version works fine
