It eventually gets the job done, but can be frustrating at times. Many fields have links to other screens and if you miss one it can be difficult to recover. Not as intuitive as it could be.

Cons: Hard to prepare

Excellent source for year-after-year use. Was disappointed that they made the prior year's tax returns so difficult to transfer to another machine (would be nice if they published those instructions for ease of doing)

There is a problem with windows 10. I would always have to restart the software 3 to 10 times because it would hang up on startup and would have to stop it using task manager end process. Had the same problem with 2019 and 2020 versions.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The Business Software probably hasn't been updated since the 90's and is extremely buggy. The Personal software works great and I would recommend. However since this is a combination of business and personal I cannot recommend and will be switching next year.

They don’t communicate with each other. You essentially have to enter your business and personal separately like you bought two different softwares. Will not buy again.

Easy to use program with simple instructions and intuitive questions. I found H&R Block Premium to be more than adequate to complete taxes from simple to fairly complex and is the best program for people with average earnings.
