PersonalTax program easy to use but missing a few items such as how to properly deal with LLC's income on K-1's. Not complete or thorough enough.Simple LLC's easy to file for using the business software but a bit tedious to navigate, especially if you prefer to send in paper filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Overall gets the job done. Weak on QBI, but this was new. Should carry over more fields from prior years especially Affordable Care Act health forms. Otherwise does everything I've needed.

spent longer than necessary trying install this on a computer that had the previous year's blue version. don't have any faith in this software. pretty much just told me to fill out the form myself for estate. previous year told me i couldn't deduct my phev. been a hassle trying to get that straighened out.

Program would not allow me to submit, saying forms not finalized. After hours on hold with support, they said forms have been finalized and could not solve the problem. Updates made no difference. Told me to wait a few days. Problem remained. Still ridiculously long hold times. Still no solution. I eventually deleted all tax forms and started over from scratch. Aggravating.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
