Terrible, many missing options, I ha to enter 150 positions of stock sales manually because this year they forgot to include something as huge as CHARLES SCHWAB in auto download. Unbelievable
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Don't bother buying this piece of junk. It doesn't help you filing SMLLC especially if you're in CA. There is no walk-through or anytime. It doesn't even support SMLLC eFile to the state of CA. It's just simply a gloried IRS form-filing for print out. Do NOT recommend!
