Find something more user friendly that doesn't force you to guess, or toggle back and forth between the program and the IRS website.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I always hated doing taxes, but with H&R Block it was actually semi-easy! It walked me through every step and if I didn't understand something, it had great help to click on. From experience, I would, and have, recommend this program to any small business.

My review is a mixed review. The portion of the tax software for personal tax returns is great. The business software has issues opening and does not work properly . Have the same issue every year since 2018 and I have reached out for a solution and have received none , just only to purchase the software again

I've been using this program since 2003, so this is my 20th year with the TaxCut software. Honestly, it's garbage, and I hate it. It's not intuitive, and the explanations are quite frequently inadequate. The program does not import prior year returns consistently either (go read other reviews about this!), so you run the risk of having to start from scratch on an annual basis. I've had to do this more than once! It's no big deal if you're just doing a 1040-A or something simple like that, but if you're a small business owner like I am, it's a major hassle. Don't ask me why I keep giving them my money year after year.
