The stock trading section has a limit on the number you can input, up to 9.99 million, very limitd.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I've used this program more or less successfully for years and have been generally happy with it. However after updating to Windows 11, my prior files are toast. If H&R can't fix this, this program is useless.

Not intuitive, program was not fully operational until close to filing deadline, finicky installation, entries did not always carry over through all forms. Price advantage compared to other popular software is considerable, yet does not outweigh issues and lack of ease of use

There is a new compatibility problem that arose in 2022 with Windows. An update corrupted the data stores for 2018, 2019 2020 and 2021. I find the product a nuisance now. I haven't found any relaible fixes for the datastore

People say if it is too good to be true then it probably is. This program comes complete with both complete with both individuals 1040 forms and business 1065, 1120 and more. However, for two years now 2020 & 2021 somewhere along the way I get an error every time I try and open the program and it shuts down. Updating does nothing to solve the problem. It almost seems like the software is seasonal just like income taxes can be.
I switched to HR Block from another program but next year I'll be going back to the former. It is a little more expensive and I have not experienced any problems with it. My main reason for switching was costs. You get what you pay for so be careful.
