Great for individuals, business needs work

Excellent for individuals. Business needs to be updated to work like individuals. Also, when starting my 2022 business return, software could not find my 2021 return. Turns out, that return was erroneously automatically saved as my 2020 return. Same thing happened when I completed my 2022 return, it was again saved as a 2020 business return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

I have been using H&R Block software several years now. It is easy to use--it even imports my brokerage end of year statements. It is very user-friendly: it provides explanations, excellent and simple instructions, and I do not have to bother about IRS tax changes. Great value-for-money.

Better than Turbotax

I purchased Premium plus State version via download. Software worked fine through some confusing Capital Losses 1099B's. Only problem was updates that were required prior to e-file wouldn't load, unless restarting computer (macbook). Thanks to one of your phone agents, Yolanda, I learned something I would've not known to do.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Been using HRB for at least ten years. Premium plus Business. Program always does what expected. A few program issues in the past. Ease of use. Sometimes it was testy to get support overall good product.

This is the 4th year of using this for my business taxes. I will keep using it. It's very thorough. Always easy to print copies later as needed.

I bought this a month ago. Even though many of the questions were quite legal, I was able to complete my taxes and e-file them successfully.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Personal return rejected and block doesn't give information to correct so it will be accepted. 2022 tax return software has been a pain from beginning.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
