Premium works fine. Business package would not load, "cefsharp.core.runtime.dll or one of its dependencies not found" error. Shuts down without loading. Had to print forms from IRS and fill by hand.

Too many problems trying to get the software to just run EVERY YEAR, new problems, new issues. Hours of online help from their help desk and then another day a call from elevated issues help desk who normally solve it. Why can't it work?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
