I have a small LLC for my farm, instead of paying a CPA to keep up with it I can do it myself. It may be good for larger companies but for sure it is perfect for rentals, small businesses and LLC’s. I paid for my first years return being prepared and it cost more for one year than I have in 8 years of this software. As a bonus it comes with stage and federal for individuals. I do both business and personal taxes with one purchase.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

It feels like it was made for CPAs and people with previous accounting experience because there are few hints and instructions for each requested data - it doesn't give assurance that we are filling it out correctly.
I ended up having to buy another software to fill in the 1065 and generate Schedule K1 for my LLC partnership.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Support is POOR. I accidentally marked a box to request an extension (that I did not want or need) when I asked for assistance, I was told it could not be undone. I had a box marked excess accumulations. although there were no entries in the section, this, also could not be removed and I had to submit the form with the mark. Overall, the program does the job but the support is far less than it was in years past. When I ask for technical support (since tax support is no longer offered) they are not sensitive to tax issues.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Premium works fine. Business package would not load, "cefsharp.core.runtime.dll or one of its dependencies not found" error. Shuts down without loading. Had to print forms from IRS and fill by hand.
