Good for personal taxes, weak for business/trusts

Premium is solid software, though it lacks the ability to summarize stocks, as in TurboTax. Business software is unrefined. Even though it was approved by the IRS for online submission, it lacked the capacity to do so.

Not easy to use Had a terrible time trying to figure out where my LLC would fit in finally resorted to their other program that worked somewhat better but even that was not reliable And the regular premium program that would do a business(scheduleC) too kept filling in areas with numbers that i never put in. A real nightmare. The real question is will they help me when i get audited. HELP

Most definitely. This program gives you the ability to take your time, ask yourself important questions that you may not thought of prior to starting your return. Alows you to do your own research and trial and error.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

This software desperately needs an overhaul. Its antiquated and not intuitive enough. I had to force the stupid software to efile manually because it refused to let me override #s on my balance sheet. (You enter the balance sheet!)
Its really just crappy but there is nothing else that will file a 1120 form that is easy to purchase- and I have all of my asset depreciation schedules that have been rolling over each year.
I swear I WISH there was something better... and I am so glad I haven't upgraded to Windows 11! That would have been a nightmare because this will not run on it regardless of what the software publisher says.
