The Business program isn't very good. I've used this product for many years. Some years, the business program doesn't roll forward and forced me to reenter legacy information. It is very disappointing and doesn't flow as well as the individual program. The individual program is ok but not great. It is sometimes difficult to dig down to where you need to go to clear errors that come up in the accuracy review. However, if you are a novice in tax preparation, the flow of clicking screen to screen is a very good way to help you navigate the tax rules and prepare an accurate return. However, you need to pay attention to the questions and make sure you answer appropriately which sometimes requires a click to learn more. Overall happy buy having worked in public accounting the program is lacking a bit.

The premium individual software was top notch, however, the business software was from the 80's from the standpoint that it was far less intuitive and caused me enough frustration that I went to a CPA. Every problem encountered and solved created even more issues.

Cons: Hard to prepare
