Personal version is excellent. The business version is a bit clunky and the Windows version was not able to be used with Windows 11. Hopefully, 2023 will be supported by the most up to date version of Windows.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!

Been using this for the past 10 years or so, its actually two programs in one, with regular and business software. The regular has always been pretty good, however the business part was a real challenge. Every year I have noticed that the business part has been made more friendly, making it a bit easier.
Pros: Maximizes refund

Very easy to understand and complete, it covers all the deductions and credits. Business side of it little not as intuitive as personal version but you will get used it

Unable to delete incorrect entry

We had three income sources this year. I (apparently) entered one source in the wrong place so the software entered the values IN TWO PLACES increasing out income and causing us to owe a huge amount. I COULD NOT GET RID OF THE ENTRIES. We had to create three separate returns until we were able to hit upon the magic formula that entered each income value only once. Also, I called three times, on hold each time 30 minutes and got nowhere (two times disconnected during transfers and once "we'll call you back").
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has been and still is bad. From problems running the program because of an internal error, to really bad designed UI that has not been revamped in years. The only reason I use it again year after year is lock in and the hope that they eventually invest into the product.
