less user friendly than previous years software

the premium software of 2023 tax year is less user friendly than previous years software, specially related with data correction. Also, the software was asking to enter address while the address was in W-2 in the Software. It seems that there are some glitche in the software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Works, with serious problems/annoyances/faults

Delayed updates, forms not even in predicted update but week(s) later, some forms still do not work properly and have to be finished by hand. VERY frustrating.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I've used the hrb program for over 15 years and have gotten perfect returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Nope - Glitchy and Not User Friendly

Got the job done, but after using TT for 20 years, I definitely prefer the simplicity and easy of use of TT. Got to the end, SW said everything was great, input my banking information, hit send, and SW says "errors found, can't send until fixed." Little things like this throughout the experience will keep me away from this SW.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been a return preparer for 40 years. Felt like I was led by the hand through the input jungle we face in 2023. Very intuitive and hefty program. Addresses the exotic but allows you to skip to the mundane.

1041 Estate software

It finally produced the expected 1041 filings with K-1 documents, however I found this software very hard to use. It need to refine more user friendly.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Absolutely ridiculous

Here we are March 9th still requiring update for EV credit. Submitted return this morning, rejected by IRS . I'm not happy.
