I’ve used this brand of tax prep software for over 20 years. There used to be a loyalty offer sent before tax season to save a little. You need to bring that back. I might try a different brand next year.

I used to work for H&R Block and used their software for many years with no problems. Software works well. Electronic filing was a disaster this year. I electronically filed on 04/14/2024, and had constant error messages, and not going through. I ended up mailing my return in. Your in the tax business and this is all you do - your platform can't go down - ridiculous !
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using H&R Block for our tax prep for several years. I'll never use any other software or tax accountant. It's perfect for small business owners (especially in-home licensed daycares) and walks you through an interview asking all the necessary questions.
