It’s clear this is product is early in its development. There are many usability issues. Chief among them the inability change font size. When using with a notebook pc with high res monitor the font is too small to read without issues. also Navigation is clunky. Particularly when you want to go back to change something or review your entries.
Pros: Easy to import documents

I have been using Block for years. The Vermont section gets better. This year the fixed a bug from 2022 on a poorly designed (by the state) form; the homestead declaration.

HELLO, IF you are not paying attention for the State return, the Software does not automatically identify that you should be getting a Homstead Credit.
I missed out on the 2022 Homstead State return refund rushing to get the taxes in.

I’ve used this brand of tax prep software for over 20 years. There used to be a loyalty offer sent before tax season to save a little. You need to bring that back. I might try a different brand next year.

I used to work for H&R Block and used their software for many years with no problems. Software works well. Electronic filing was a disaster this year. I electronically filed on 04/14/2024, and had constant error messages, and not going through. I ended up mailing my return in. Your in the tax business and this is all you do - your platform can't go down - ridiculous !
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
