Program was fine. Efile failed in 5 trys, 2 at irs, 3 at hrblock. Mailed returns, first time in 5+ years.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Wouldn't let me file an extension. Had support on the line. Got disconnected. Wasted 3 hours. Just ended up printing out the form from the internet and mailing it in (took me all of 30 min). H&R block software is so buggy. I just don't understand how it is a viable company/business.

I have used H&R Block for years and never had a problem yet this year was a disaster. I recently married so the taxes were much more complex and your instructions were not very good. You made us rely on the IRS instructions which as you know are antiquated and very hard to understand. Then the kicker was when your efile system went down and we had to depend on the rotten mail service to deliver our tax paperwork. Nonetheless it was very frustrating, disappointing and not what I expected from a product that was always dependable until now.
