This product does NOT compare favorably with Turbo Tax. You can't even adjust the font size and many of the screens were totally unreadable as a result. Their only viable solution was to use the magnifyer app or change your screen resolution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This software is very consumer unfriendly. It's very cumbersome to use. It asks inane questions. When I couldn't fix something in the return, I had to delete the entire return and start again. Did not like this software at all.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I am disappointed this year. I’ve been using your software 20+ years. I have always used a Mac computer. This year it would not function on a Mac. It was a great deal of trouble and expense to secure a PC after I had bought the program.

The program had difficulty in interacting with the financial institutes I invest with. The program had difficulty importing the past figures for my rental property from last year. I had to go back and manually enter the numbers for the depreciation of property from 2020. Also, the state program was difficult to work with. Hopefully these problems will clear up next year.

I’ve used HR Block every year for quite a while now. The program is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Would have given it 5* but it never seems easy to get the program to give qualified business owners the 20% QBI. I always have to work at it to get the program to give me the deduction. Other than that, easy to use.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Business software works only in Intel computer and I had to buy a Intel based computer. It doesn't work on Snapdragon. Software looks like built in 2001.

Not as good as past. It did not easily allow for estimates like past and did not print out estimates. In addition the taxes changed with 1085 input but there was no way to understand why. In general it was helpful but not complete no had to go to cpa to do taxes due to deficiencies above.
