To File for a Corporation is still complicated

If the IRS form requires an actual signature. SAY IT! Don't make us GUESS IT. It takes hours to learn it. So, H&RBlock should make easy to add signature. It is the second year that I had to suffer. CREATE A PAGE or add a step:

I've been using HR Block for many, many years. The language used to explain more complicated entries, like tax credits, is often muddled and confusing. The help sections for those same entries are often poorly written without relevant examples. Finally, I use the filing separately calculation sheet to separate our individual tax liabilities. There's a major calculation error within this sheet. Not a confidence builder.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

We have two investments that issue K-1a and the software is woefully inadequate for handling these investments. H&R Block having server issues on April 15th was also very disappointing.

Very easy to navigate, gives details on how the numbers were calculated. It allows users to see the forms as they are filled and evaluate impact on total tax amounts as numbers are entered. It also has a section that answers common questions related to the data that is entered, such as what qualifies or not. We switched to H&R Block from its competitor years ago and never regretted it.
One issue that hasn't been resolved since 2 years ago was that the Scholarship income in Federal form 1040 wasn't fed into the state form that requires it to be reported as other income. We've been unable to do state tax with H&R Block for this reason. Would have given a 5 rating because of this issue.
