Most everything worked good until I went to complete my Ohio state income tax returns. The software creates both my state returns and my school district returns (Great!), but even though I entered the amount of school district tax withheld from my W2 into my federal returns, it did NOT transfer over to my state returns (ie. school district returns). There was no way to manually enter the amount or edit it in the school district returns. I had to redo my school district income tax returns separately on their site, print the forms, sign, and mail them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was extremely stressful to find on tax day that every attempted submission of my tax return resulted in an error. It took finding an online forum of hundreds of other users with the same problem to realize that the issue wasn't mine but a system outage. Terrible advertisement for your product that nobody could submit their return on tax day.
Also, this product is very expensive for what it provides. I'm unsure if I'll use it again.

Terrible Experiece - Back to TurboTax next year
