I downloaded this program, albeit on the final few filing days, because it was a bit less than my normal Turbo Tax program. Problems: 1. it would not import last years turbotax files so had to manually type everything in, 2. it would not e-file my state taxes, had to mail in a check. 3. failed to advise on a lot of business expenses. Solution: Next year its back to Turbo Tax for me.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All.I needed to.domwas file an extension and it took almost the while day for it to go through due to a bad gateway. If that isn't bad enough they told you to mail it in to be safe! Normally very happy with this software and service but this issue this year is completely unacceptable.

The program partially not ready for use due bugs

The program has been downgraded, when first downloaded, it was buggy, some forms after filling data, it wouldn't change and update the results. I have been using the program for over 25 years, this year I was very disappointed when initially received the download.
