I had to try multiple times to file on Monday, 4/15 before finally getting through. My federal return was accepted by my state didn’t get accepted until the next day.
Your system issues caused a great amount of anxiety.

Could not e-file my returns as your systems had a glitch so I had to print the returns, drive to the post office and mail them. Defeats the purpose of me buying your app. Also, your labeling is very misleading, I was expecting it to install one app to do my taxes not two apps, one for me and another for my business.

Have uses HR for over a decade and it worked. This year after seeing the lowest risk factor i have ever seen prior to filing, i had 2 rejections so far. Waited over 3 hours to reach Human help and even the advanced techs couldnt interpret the codes to resolve the rejection code/s I have missed filing deadline. i was informed they would contnue working on it and havent heard from anyone since, Today is apr 20.
