Good program however I wish all versions including the business version were Mac compatible. The business version is only windows. Just looking for across the board cohesiveness.

The actual software and tax program worked just as planned, but the crash before filing day was an unnecessary stresser.

Why buy the same software yearafter year if the program can’t find last years data. And if you need to buy a 2nd state program, they have you so leveraged I gad to pay more for the extra state, than I did for the whole initial Federal plus State pls Trusts program. And the states don’t include all the instructions either, so it’s a ripoff. No longer a fan of HRB!

I was able to use the program to prepare and file taxes this year, but I had a bug which has not been fixed regarding getting help for various items. I always got the message back that I was not connected to the Internet (even thought I was). I updated the product frequently in hope that the bug would be resolved, but it was not. Disappointed that this was not detected in system test for the program, nor fixed during tax season.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
