Opened up a case to resolve the issue where rent and royalties page shows 0 under profit or loss where there is actually profit and loss for the properties that we own. Also did the wrong calculation for Roth IRA contribution.

I found the software difficult to use and even more difficult to trace back to the underlying tax forms. Wouldn’t use again. Even though I was always on the internet- none of the help forms would load, saying they needed an internet connection- but it had no problem downloading updates everyday or sending files to the ORS. Also marked the first time in my life that I had a file rejected by the IRS because the data didn’t match. Frankly this product stinks.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compared to other tax programs, H&R Block is user friendly and easy to go from one tax area to another and does not create a lot of errors like other tax programs. I recommend
