The software is good. There were a few items that had to be input by hand and even the forms option did not allow for this to be a smooth and easy task. Also, it would be great if the business return software and the premium software had the option to transfer data between the two. This would save input of items from the business return to the personal return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Still very difficult to get through to talk to someone; though I should say it is easier than a few years ago. It also keeps pointing to errors that are not really errors and it does not fix them immediately.

I bought the business program but did not use it. Wasted my money.
Did use the Premium program. Is was okay. The HELP section is Horrible. The fronts are very small. Sometimes hard to navigate, takes you to section that you do use etc.
