Several rimes this year as in the past i have had to figure out why elements of program did not work as they should. Having used it several times since switching from turbotax i can solve problem. Main adavantage of program isprice.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

This product works well, keeping track of tax things from year-to-year. Sometimes what I want to do is not as clear as I would like, but after a bit I can figure it out. I am a convert to HR Block from Turbo Tax several years ago, I found that a single HR Block product does what I need without TT's annoying practices of upselling. But TT was more user-friendly I do think.

My business version continuously aborted especially when retrieving an LLC with a state attached. Importing last year's return should be painless. It wasn't. Attempting to restore a backup on last years version for a return from last year was so problematic that I almost gave up. Even importing last year's return was problematic. THe software allowed me to file a return with a missing answer to a question that the IRS caught. What?

I’ve used this software for several years, as a paying customer. I find it difficult to navigate on first use, but once you are used to it, it’s fine. However, the issues with efiling at tax time this year have left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. I’ll see another solution for next year, most likely.
