I strongly believe I discovered a software error in the business program. It was in the NYS corporate return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I pre-ordered the software last fall and downloaded the product in early November. i imported the prior year returns and was ready to go when January rolled around. The software is easy to navigate and locating a form you want to use is straightforward.

I am the trustee of an annuity trust, and the software allowed me to create a no income earned federal tax return, and a K-1 for the beneficiary who earns monthly income.
What I did not like is the software did not allow me to prepare a non-resident Delaware income tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Not even advanced….functionality is extremely lacking. Flow of numbers does not work. And if you need to call support it’s HORRIBLE. Finding out how to contact them is one thing then trying to get in touch with someone is harder. And 95% of the time the person you finally get in touch with cannot answer you so you need to wait and have someone contact you. Only reason I stay is I have been using the software for 10 plus years and do not feel like re entering all the info

although I had to go over different sections a couple of times, it was not too hard to follow. I mostly blame any difficulty on the government for making their forms so complicated. Thank you for helping me navigate everything.

When the ability to re-download the software, at some point, the download capability has expired. Why? Did we not pay for the software originally? Don't start emulating Donald Trump! A conman is not a businessman; a conman is a criminal. (I would not recommend software that has to be downloaded; i.e., without having the CD)
