I bought this H&R Block premium and business on 01/2024 it works but I am not happy with updated form until 1st of March and some forms until end of the March. Software updates are very bad for accurate time. All other Tax software's are quicker faster timeframe for updating. It's delay process of update effects millions of people to hold on their taxes to file.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve used HR Block for more than 10 years to prepare our taxes.
Find the product easy to use. I compared it to TT one year, and found HRB product superior to use. I would like it handle data from K1 forms from MLP more easily.

Found it a little hard to navigate around. Was disappointed did not automatically compute Kentucky depreciation and Kentucky estimated tax forms. Also had to paper file my Kentucky state return.
Cons: Time consuming

I use your product got both personal an trust taxes. I find the personal product far superior and easier to use than the trust product. I don’t think they need to be that different. You could also improve the K1 features on both to be easier to use and more inclusive of the data. Also I find it annoying that it is much more difficult to electronically file the trust return then the personal return. In fact I’ve never been able to file the trust electronically.

Need to e file more state returns. Simple non resident returns should be available for e file if allowed but I was disappointed to find that it required a mail-in return.

Audit review tells you there may be an issue but doesn't provide much insight on how to fix it. It might take you to a firm and say "this needs work" but not much more. In some cases a user cannot change the form from the audit results.
